What Matters Most
I’m Not Here to Pretend I Know Everything.
I’m here to listen, learn, and lead with clarity and care.
What I Believe
I believe school board leadership should be:
Transparent. No one should have to dig to understand what’s happening in our schools.
Collaborative. Real progress happens when we bring students, teachers, parents, and administrators to the same table.
Grounded in service—not ego. The job isn’t about control. It’s about support.
Where I’m Focused
While I’m still listening and learning about the broader issues our district faces, there are two areas I know I want to prioritize:
1. Improving Communication Across the District
We need systems that don’t just send messages down, but also allow feedback to come up and across. That means giving families clear access to information, and giving staff the confidence to speak truthfully and be heard.
2. Equipping Parents to Support Their Students
I believe that student success is a shared responsibility. It’s time to offer parents more than just rules or reminders—we need to give them resources, tools, and encouragement to help their kids learn, grow, and thrive.
How I’ll Lead
I can’t promise I’ll fix anything. But I can promise to:
Ask honest questions
Make space for all voices
Speak with integrity—even when it’s hard
Take responsibility for what I say and do
Show up with humility, courage, and heart
This isn’t about politics.
It’s about people.
It’s about presence.
It’s about showing up.
And I’m ready to serve.
